Banks usually need a minimum of 72 business hours to process transfers (Monday-Friday).
This means that you may have to wait a bit longer to be able to see the transfer in your bank account, especially when it comes to weekends, bank holidays and any other dates where your bank may be closed…
The payments made by Shopmium into your bank account will appear as "Shopmium (Quotient Technology Limited)" or as "Bank Giro Credit Consumer Rebate AC" payments (Quotient Technology is the name of our parent company).
You can also check that you haven't made any mistake in your bank details in your Profile by going to Preferences > Payment method. Please note our bank will only process payments to current accounts, not savings accounts.

How do I update my email address?
Go to your Profile and select “Preferences". Under the tab ‘‘Personal Information’, click on “Email” and you will be able to change your email address.
Don't forget to submit your changes!
